MY cpu is freezing i need solution?

my pc freezes when i put my cpu vertical ,but when i put it horizontally it runs fine.. it started after approx 10 days buying . my pc is new
my specs
fx 6300 ,asus m5a78l lx3 ,8gb hyperx fury ram,r7 250 ddr5 1gb saphire with boost,psu umax 600w.

How is the cooling in your tower? Do you have enough fans?
It sounds like your airflow is not good enough, so when you set the system vertically the heat from your GPU is not being vented out of the case.

If your PC is "new" does that mean you bought it ready made or have you built it yourself ?

there is no extra fans in the cabinet and my cpu temp is normal i.e 35 to 69 max.,

and purchased parts and dealer assemble them.
