My CPU is having a rough day?

I restarted my computer right after I installed this logitech keyboard software because it kept disconnecting my keyboard and mouse constantly. I then start my computer back up and it shuts off and then starts up again and repeats once or twice and then I get this message:

I hit f1. and change my given settings (there are 3, power saver, normal, and performance) I change it from performance to normal. I however have had it on performance for around a year (ever sense I got my motherboard and cpu). Does this mean my cpu is dying on me? I wasn't overclocking the CPU either.

it seems to think its overclocked.try removing the cmos battery for a few minutes then reinstall.this should set the bios to defaults.try booting and post back the results.
