My cpu is not overclocking

My cpu is g3258 and my mobo is an asus z97 ar. I tried to oc my cpu but when i do and boot up windows it isnt overclocked i did save the settings. It does let me overclock but it doesnt do it.

Im trying to do it manually. I go to the bios but idk about the uefi because im not using any software. I just normally go to the bios. Also when i use the ai suite 3 it says is going up but the actual cpu doesnt go up from 3.4 according to speccy and cpuz

Install the uefi software that came with your mobo. Try it. A hell of a lot easier.

Nvm i do have uefi. But still its not doing it.
