Question My CPU is on,offing Many times when i turn on my PC

When i click on my cpu start button, the cpu on and then It's off and Again it’s on again off and It's happens some like 5/6/ or 7 times..and then the cpu start perfectly , i think you understand, Please help

It looks like it is performing a self-test cycle for some reason.
You said it works fine once it does boot up so it can't be too serious.

Need to ask you some things -

Please list your full PC specs firstly so that everyone can help you.

Have you changed any settings in the BIOS?

Does your motherboard have a speaker and make any beeps during this cycle?

Have you overclocked the CPU or GPU?

Has it just started doing this recently?

Can you test the RAM by running Memory Diagnostic.
Type 'memory' into the search bar next to the Start button in Windows to use this feature.

Here's my pc spec
Processor - intel core i3 540
ram - 6gb
graphics card - gigabyte nvidia geforce gt 710
power supply - atx 400, and i nothing change in bios....
