I currently have a ryzen 5 5600 on a asus prime a320mk
.and for some unknown reason my cpu is overclocked but its weird because in my power plan options if i set maximum to 99% it is on 3.450ghz but when i put it on 100% it goes to 4.350ghz
as well as that when i open up games even if it is on maximum 90% it still goes up to 4.350ghz instantly and the only problem is that when i do that my cpu temperature goes up to 70 C and sometimes even goes up to 80 C which I don't think would be too good for my cpu lol
help

Solution
That is no overclock. That's the CPU boost clock working as designed. The base clock is 3.5ghz and the boost clock is 4.4ghz. Your 4.35ghz is within its boost limit. OC means going beyond that. And those temps are fine for gaming load.
