My CPU is overheating

I have an AMD FX6300 and it was over clocked to 4.3ghz now it's down to 3.8 but it's been randomly overheating to 200C and its done this before so I bought a new heatsink and slapped it on and it worked fine for about 2 months and now it's doing it again. Idk if it's because of the summer heat or the game I just bought (Overwatch) but it shouldn't be the game because I was running it on 1920 all high settings perfectly 2 weeks ago. Any suggestions??

200C is 100% not possible. Your PC would crash or burn through the board way before that.

200°C is a fake value, but it may be caused by the VRM that gets too hot. What motherboard?
