[SOLVED] My cpu is overheating!!!!

I have an intel core 2 duo e8400 processor. But this CPU's temperature rises upto 100 degree Celsius whenever I'm playing games or the cpu usage is high. My question is: is it okay? Or will it damage my pc?
My pc specs-
Intel g31
2gb ddr2 800
Asus gt 710
Hitachi 160gb pata+80gb sata

No, it's not OK, you might want to change paste between CPU and Cooler.
