My CPU is running faster than it's maximum speed

i overclocked my cpu.it is running at 4,1 Ghz but task manager is showing 4,88 Ghz.

is there a turbo mode or auto overclock enabled in the bios? did you or someone else overclock it? also can you check the speeds with a different program. I have seen windows 10 mis reading the cpu actual speed.
