I need help understanding what is going on with my computer.

I recently decided to upgrade my ram. I will not go into too much details about that since I have then reverted back to the exact same setup as before (except maybe in bios settings... I am not very knowledgable about that)
I started noticing my CPU cooler fans were very loud. I tried some troubleshooting and realised my CPU core temperature is very high according to MSI Center even with a very low CPU usage (80+ degrees celsius with cpu usage at around 2-3%) wich make my CPU fan go at full speed.

I doubt my manipulations with the RAM messed anything up with the cooler but I did have to move my PC around a little bit. I don't understand what is wrong with my CPU. Any one have an idea how I can find out?

specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen9 7950X 16 Core, 32 Thread
Mobo: msi x-670P Pro wifi
Cooler: Corsair iCUE H510 Elite CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler
Ram: Corsair vengeance ddr5 32gb (2X16) 5600mhz cl36

Well, you may have dislodged the cooler or the wiring. Double check that all connectors are plugged in and that no wires have broken. Taking the cooler off and taking a look at the thermal paste is a good idea too.

Assuming the pump is still spinning. You possibly managed to trap an air bubble in the pump. Try picking up the computer and rotating it through a few different axis and see if it clears up. Also forcing the pump to rev up and down may also dislodge bubbles.
