Question my cpu is stuck on my motherboard

i right now have a motherboard with a cpu which i have no clue what is it [this motherboard was a secondhand ] and the cpu is mounted into the motherboard with this tiny hard dots of blck thing which i also dont know what it is . is there a way to release/remove it from the motherboard?

it is almost invisible when i take a photo its is really small

The motherboard is that small? Cause we either need a make and model of the motherboard board or atleast a picture of it to so we can attempt to discern how the CPU is mounted.

oh god I hope they didn't use thermal paste to glue on the CPU. if you don't have experience in building or fixing pcs I recommend you see an expert when it comes to CPU's but we need a photo to help you cause i cant see

I think its epoxy its like tiny tiny dots of block hard stuff in the edges of the motherboard and the cpu is not put in using a bracket is it just held on using this black stuff
