my cpu is always 95% temp, I changed the thermal paste as well as reinstalling the cooler, but in vain I tried many things but without a real solution, does anyone know this problem and how to solve it? It's an amd ryzen 2600 6-cores processor and its normal cooler that comes with it

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Did you try and clear the CMOS for your motherboard? Disconnect from the wall and display, after you shut down the platform, remove the CMOS battery, press and hold down power button for 30 seconds, then replace the battery after 30 mins. See if that brings the temps down.

You might want to also touch the tubes of your AIO if you're running an AIO.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard?

CPU:ryzen 2600 6-cores
CPU cooler: original from ryzen 2600
Motherboard: GIGABYTE B450 AORUS ELITE V2

SSD/HDD: kingston 120gb

That's 95c (c, for Celsius temperature scale), cooler fan is running at full speed while frequency is low and that means heavy heat throttling. Although original, OEM cooler is mediocre at best that high temperature shouldn't happen unless under full prolonged load. All of that indicates a very bad cooler mounting including no paste, loose mount or even something like protective plastic left between cooler and CPU.
