My CPU is throttling during stress test.

I've just overclocked my FX-4300 to 4.2 ghz with 1.4 v.
Also changed the bus speed to 2000 mhz. But now that I'm testing if it's stable, the core speeds keep going down like every 30 seconds. I have no idea why this is the case since my temperature doesn't go above 60 celcius EVER. Anyone that can give me a hand?

Yes, still no luck. I've also noticed the voltage doesn't actually go above like 1.32

Try HWINFO or AIDA64. If there's no sensor for it then you may need to use an infrared thermometer
