[SOLVED] My CPU is under 100% under load

As the tittle suggests my CPU is under load. The temperature seems to be around 50-70C yet the CPU itself is 100% is this harmful for my device? Keep in mind it's only under stressful games such as R6 or Metro Exodus. Thank you

So the CPU is at 100% while gaming? Nothing wrong with that.

CPUs have a failure rate of about 0.05% that CPU will last "Forever" at that temperature even at 100%. It will be long obsolete before you have a problem.
