My CPU is?...

I dont understand what is wrong with my CPU. I have a AMD FX-8320 Eight-Core Processor. For some reason I feel like it's a bit slow. The CPU fan also goes crazy when I am playing a game or something. I had to download Speedfan to get it under control from how loud it was. It was not passing 50C and it sounded like a plane was passing over my head. Is there something wrong with it? Did I not apply the thermal paste right? Should I reapply it? Is there any tests I can run to make sure it's functioning correctly? I mean just 30 minutes ago my computer froze. This is a new rig so I dont know what the problem is. QQ

Definitely sounds like a thermal paste problem. You probably put too much on it. Clean it and try again, I bet that will solve your problem.
