My cpu normal temp is 97°c please help me..

Hello all of you
I have i5 2310 cpu with stock cooler and msi 750 ti,
When my pc started i checked my cpu temperature was 96°c and above while my gpu same time shows around 34°,
One lag of my stock fan was broken it doesn't tight enough.
So please suggest me best cheap cpu cooler for my processor which fit on my motherboard
My mobo is micro atx intel dh61ww

it is a basic cheap mid tower case. i dont know it's brand name
i measured it's breath ( distance from motherboard to glass panel it's approx 14cm.
