Solution
Those should be temperatures at load..
What are your under load temperatures?

IF your too concerned about the CPU...don't just change your thermal compound....buy an aftermarket cooler.
Gammaxx 400 is around 20-25 EU...
It will run much cooler and much more quiet.

Now I'm using stock cooler. Maybe I should change.

I check task manager why Nvidia container use so much process on my CPU almost 31% and After I end the process it goes to 36c to 40c idle mode.

The DBZ kakarot 45c to 49c in about 30min of playing. (After I kill Nvidia container) Normally b4 that is 50c to 60c lol
