My cpu overheat

why my cpu overheating "60c" . I have check the cpu fan and other component.what i should do?

asrock G41C-GS,Intel pentium dual core E5700 3.0ghz, Antec VP450, 4gb ddr2 (2ram), asus nvidia G210.
