[SOLVED] My CPU overheats during certain games

My CPU is jumping up to 92 degrees Celsius during certain games, I usually turn the game off before it gets any higher. It idles at around 28-32 degrees. I had a fan die and I replaced it with a better one and also reapplied thermal paste. At this point I am lost as to why this is happening and could really use some expertise.

CPU: Intel(R) Core™ Processor i7-7700K 4.20GHZ 8MB Intel Smart Cache

MOTHERBOARD: MSI Z270-A Pro ATX w/ USB 3.1, 2 PCIe x16, 4 PCIe x1, 6

POWERSUPPLY: 800 Watts - Standard 80 Plus Certified Power Supply -
SLI/CrossFireX Ready

VIDEO: GeForce(R) GTX 1080 Ti 11GB GDDR5X (Pascal)[VR Ready] (Single Card)

FAN: CybepowerPC Asetek 550LC 120mm Liquid Cooling CPU Cooler (Single
Standard 120MM Fan) I had to replace the case fan not the cooling fan and the new case fan is a Thermaltake Riing 12 Fan 120mm

Also I have cleaned out the dust in the case by using a can of air if that helps any

That's not a great cooler but definitely shouldn't let a stock speed 7700k hit 100 °C

I'm guessing the pump is beginning to have an issue

So just replace the CPU Cooler and it should be fine?
