l´ve tryed everything that l can, drivers, change paste ,air pressure cleaning , an external fan , use it without one of the panels, checking H/W in Setup ,everything (except a new cooler)...
cpu FX 4100 amd (almost 5 years using it) windows 7
Most of the time its not over 60 when stresing it, and the % of cpu its not the problem either, and its just when gaming
Thanks

Quick update, after trying another solutions l came across some software lve though dead by now, AMD catalist control center, wich lets you establish how much percent of cpu you want to use, and it come divided by 3 marks, l just select the 91% mark and till now lm getting 47° using FFox browser and playing Tales of Berseria at the same time, aparently no throtle or anything, so its a huge step forward and if keeps this way l might be able to work around this solution. lm a bad lucky Brian tipe of guy so maybe it could go everything to hell in a second, l just hope it doesnt.

lve also tryed today Driver Tool kit,and the old MSI control center (wich makes you able to aparently "oc" your cpu and cooler, but even lowing fan´s rpm it didnt do anything, as any of my H/W programs lm using didnt detected any rpm change at all) Aida64, Core Temp ,Cpu fan etc...So for any casual reader dont waste your time, try another way first heheh
