Question My CPU randomly spiked up to 100% today for the first time. I have no clue why it did.

This is about the pc I build about a month ago. I was just watching some Youtube and suddenly it spiked up to 100%. I've got quite expensive parts and I'm not sure if I should be worried about something or not.
