I have a Ryzen 2600 with 1060 3gb. While my gpu reaches 75 max on furmark on %100 load. My cpu can't handle %100 overtime and crashes after 90~degrees.

I don't have much money to spend (1$ is 6 here). I will get a cpu cooler later on but i need a temporary solution. For example, how can i undervolt or underclock my cpu ? (Ryzen Master doesn't work on my pc btw)

My motherboard is Asus 350M-A and i couldn't find the option to underclock my cpu.

I have 2 case fans(80 and 120mm) 1 cpu(stock Stealth) 2 gpu fans (stock asus)

Also my idle temps are 40-50

My room temp is 25-30 with 60-80 humidity.

Yeah i know the basic stuff (dust, bad air flow,... but my gpu is completely fine)

your idle temps are high, i suspect improperly mounted cpu cooler.
Try remounting it using new good quality thermal paste ( will need to buy paste though )
btw you can change clock/voltage in bios.
I changed the clock to 34.00 (stock) but it is still going up and down. I cannot change the voltage, it says offset and i can only increase the voltage. I want it lower for temps
