my cpu requres 8pin powe supply but i have 4pin

my cpu is intel pentium dual core g3250 4th gen.8gb hyper x 1886mhz ddr3 ram.gigabyte ga h81m s2pv mother board wanted 8pin cpu power supply.but i have 450watt psu with 6pin and atx 4pin.i have plugged msi r7 370 armor 2x oc . it works with my psu.i have over clocked it.my problem is , what will be increased when if i plugged atx 8pin cpu motherboard power cable on my motherboard with above facilities....?

That GPU has own power input, doesn't use much power from PCIe slot.

Basically, there's no difference between using a 4 pin or 8 pin for the CPU connector to the motherboard, the 8 pin is only needed when the CPU need's more power or the integrated graphics on the motherboard needs more power.
