My CPU says that it can go 3.2ghz but i don't see it

Hello everyone I have Intel Core I5 750 2.67ghz and in the processor it says that It can go to 3.2ghz. Do I have to overclock it? or I have to change some settings in the BIOS?

GigaByte motherboard GA-P55M-UD2
Intel Core I5 750 2.67ghz
Geforce GT 9800
Corsair 12gb Ram 1333mhz
PSU SL-8500BTX
Windows 10 PRO 64Bit

The 3.2 is turbo frequency . IT uses it when it needs to for gaming etc.
Your motherboard has the turbo function .

Yes . You could check if its enabled in bios but im pretty sure it will be.

If you download some monitoring software like afterburner you can run it in background whilst you play a game then when you close game you can see what it was doing during game.

Yes. The turbo mode frequency is automatic. Usually it'll hit max frequency when you have a single or duel thread process and then the cpu will clock higher for the 2 cores. This will also depend if the cpu is cool enough.
