My CPU specs doesn't match manufacturer's

I just received parts for my new PC and I noticed that CPU (ryzen 7 2700x) specification is different from specs on manufacturer website:

Specs should be:

Total L1 Cache 768KB Total L2 Cache 4MB otal L3 Cache 16MB

My BIOS shows :

L1 Cache Size 32kb/8-way L2 Cache Size 512k/8-way L3 Cache Size 16MB/16-way

Why it's different?

Some websites e.g Amazon, states that Cache should be 20MB..

Could someone explain it to me? I was under impression that there is only one 2700x

My mobo: ASROCK Taichi ultimate x470

The numbers AMD spec are the totals per level. They don't clarify (in their product listings) how it's arrived at.

You actually have:

L1
8 x 64 kB Instruction
8 x 32 kB Data
= 768kB

L2
8 x 512 kB = 4MB

L3
1 x 15.990 MB

Just variety of ways of reporting the same thing.
There is only one 2700X

Thanks, I was multiplying same way but in BIOS it doesn't show "8 x 64 kB Instruction" that's why it didn't match up, sorted!

Yeah, that's just a difference variance between readings and the way specs are listed.
