So I'm using HW Monitor and I go to start up my PC, when I turn it on my temp jumps from low 15 to flucates to 35 to 45c even when idling.
This wasn't happening last night as my PC would idle around 14 to 16c.
The only thing I remember changing is the Dram Timing Mode in the BIOS to "Link" and downloading MSI afterburner (An OCing program right?) could any of these two cause problems? I just downloaded MSI to monitor my GPU temp/Usage.
