My Cpu temp goes up and down constantly.

It goes all the way down to 47c and then jumps up to 73c. And im not even doing anything. I haven't overclocked or anything?

Yes about a month ago.

Check and make sure your CM 212 is installed correctly. It is sitting correctly on the CPU and you installed the thermal paste correctly.

Yes i have re installed it twice is it possible the processor is just bad?

I did not look close enough at your build. That is an APU chip and I think those spikes could be normal because the GPU is part of the cpu. You can check by installing the stock cooler that came with your CPU.
