I can't find my CPU temp in hwmonitor, speedfan, or the included tool. The temp shows up in the bios just fine though... weird. Thanks for any help

Speedfan is largely obsolete , haven't been updated for few years but CPU_ID should work. Did you try Core temp ? Simple but effectiveWow that actually worked, why then can't I get any of these other programs to detect the temp? I want to use the included armoury crate one to control my fan speeds since it is already tuned for my zephyrus g14 but it still just detects 0 degrees

I think HWinfo has me all set for system monitoring, what's your favorite fan speed control program if not speedfan?Speedfan is largely obsolete , haven't been updated for few years but CPU_ID should work. Did you try Core temp ? Simple but effective
nevermidn I just realized hwinfo does that, thanks a bunch CountMikeI think HWinfo has me all set for system monitoring, what's your favorite fan speed control program if not speedfan?
I prefer to regulate fan speed thru BIOS. At this time, on this machine, CPU cooler radiator fans are set to curve : Min fan speed at minimum temperature and line straight to 100% fan speed at 65c.nevermidn I just realized hwinfo does that, thanks a bunch CountMike
