Question My CPU utilization is constantly hitting 100

So I recently moved to a new city. When I was in the process of moving I kept my PC safe so I dont think I damaged any hardware.

Now after I plugged in and set my PC up I am constantly getting 100% CPU on my performance tab in Task Manager.

I assume its related but my keyboard is working intermittently, it just stops wanting to accept any inputs, however at the same time my mouse works just fine.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Can I have a screenshot of your processes in task manager filtered by the processes using the biggest CPU usage?

I will then be able to see what is using all that CPU for nothing.

I should mention its primarily when I have a game loaded. However, before my move it was not nearly that high, and I could play uninterrupted.
