Looks good, but your system needs power to operate. Here is a great choice:

Power Supply: SeaSonic Platinum 860W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($124.50 @ Newegg)

Otherwise the build is very suited for 1440p.
