Here is my specs of my PC: CPU/ I7 6700k, Mobo/ MSI Z170A, Liquid cool/ Corsair Hydro H110i cooling, RAM/ Corsair Vengeance LED 32gb 3200MHz, GPU/ Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 finders edition, PSU/ Corsair RM850i

I had this build for a few 4 mouths and I did a windows update, I restarted my computer but my screen was black and was not doing anything so I decided to turn off my computer and reset it again still nothing. I decided to call it a day trial next time so I unplugged my computer left alone. The next morning I plug it back in and my computer won't turn on whatsoever. I swapped power supplies then nothing happened, I hold the power button for 10 seconds and my motherboard JBAT1 started to flash. So there is power going through my computer but my computer is not turning on at all. I am tech myself but ran out of ideas and I want to hear from a different technicians point of you. What do you guys think?

Well if it's not powering on at all, that has nothing to do with the windows update. Unplug your hard drives, all peripherals except keyboard and mouse, and the graphics card. (Connect the monitor to the motherboard graphics port)

As stated above, only use one RAM stick, and see if the PC starts.

Make sure your water cooler pump and fans are plugged into the CPU fan plugs, or else the motherboard will think there's no CPU fan plugged in, so it will give warnings and cause problems.

I think the RAM speed might be causing a problem, if the computer boots and you can get into BIOS, turn down the speed to the standard speeds.

I just found out it was the Motherboard and I got myself a new one and the other one I am going to send it back to MSI because it's still under warranty. But now there is no image coming out 😱
