Well, I wouldn't sell everything, you've got a hard drive with good capacity, a good PSU and a good graphics card, all you need to replace are the motherboard and the CPU. The CPU is bottlenecking your system pretty hard right now.

I want to sell everything because i want to build an entirely new system, it my dream system and will be a absolute beast , wanted to know how much this all would go for so i could put money towards the new build
Go look on ebay for custom cyctems with your specs, if you have a good seller rep on ebay you can sell a little below the prices you see (the item you see have not sold, so they are priced higher than market).
Once you have the ebay price, if you do not have a rep on ebay, look for a friend, etc. who wants to buy. This is hard.
If you cannot sell as a unit (no rep on ebay, no one local wants it) you will likely get the best price selling parts on ebay. Things like the video card, memory etc are commodities and will sell easily slightly below the others. Think like off brand PSU don't sell for more than shipping cost used, everyone assumes they are bad.
