My Data Recovery

Hi, I'm new here, so knowledge very limited, I'd like to know if I can recover data from a portable hard drive which Windows doesn't recognise. The drive is a "Seagate Back-up Plus Portable Drive." I would prefer a DIY procedure owing to highly personal/sensitive info on the disk. I'm running windows 10 (on a Lap Top) Thanks in anticipation.

There's no chance of data recovery at home if PC won't recognise the HDD in question.


Has to be done by professional data recovery service.
