Hi,

Firstly could you please try another appliance in the power port on the wall (Such as a lamp or kettle) to confirm that the socket has power.

if there is power to the socket, try checking the fuse in the plug. or...
open the case and use a volt meter on an unused 4pin molex power connector, should be 12v (yellow/black) and 5v (red/black).
