Help Me!
My Dell Inspiron 5150 laptop is not booting up.
I see the green lights flash twice, then the yellow lights flash 4 times....The lights at the bottom edge of the laptop.
When I turn the computer on, all I get is a cursor blinking at the top left-hand of the screen.
Please Help!
