My dell laptop certains keys are not working properly

Hello,
my dell laptop certain keys are not working at certain time,for eg renaming a folder keys like a,d,q ..womt work also when i clik b it goes on bbbbbbbbbbbbb.....

if you are pressing F2 to rename check you F-lock. For the rest clean your keyboard, you'd be surprise what food/dirt is under those keys, just be careful popping them off so you don't break a tab
