Question My DELL PC always have no signal when I plug into GPU Nvidia GeForce GT 730

I have two gpu the first is intel HD graphics 4600, The second is nvidia geforce gt 730 . It work when I plug into intel but nvidia is insane sometime when I start my tell me D-Sub no signal or sometime when it work fine then just a few minute tell also D-Sub no singal. IDK I updated the latest driver 391.35 and check for update for my pc but it seem it doesn't for me but other people it work fine. Maybe BIOS ,GPU or driver because it always tell to updated to 475.14 but it doesn't work idk anymore
