Question My Dell S3220DGF monitor will only display at 60hz when it is supposed to be 165hz

I bought this monitor a while ago and today I realised it has changed itself to only display in 60hz, I have went onto my display settings and tried to change anything there but still cannot get it to go back to the correct refresh rate. Any help is appreciated

Did you go in to the monitors menu itself and check to see what refresh rate it is set to?
