My dell studio xps wont turn on

Hello,my dell studio xps will not turn on. when i press the power bottom an amber light comes on briefly the same time the rear fan rotates briefly. thats all it does. please help. we can't afford to buy any computer at this time. tough times. kids need it for school work.

You should try to get it back to the company if you still have the warranty. Laptops are a little tricky and harder to repair.
