[SOLVED] My desktop background looks default

I restarted my computer because my game crashed
(I was in fullscreen so I couldn't use task manager)
And when I got back and my lock screen was a different background and when I logged in my background was the default blue windows logo I still have all my stuff but all my passwords and accounts are all gone and (tablet mode was already off btw) I don't know what to do.

restart. make sure you are using the profile and not a temp profile.

Happened again when updating a driver and I restarted and it's still default

create a new profile. your old one is corrupted
