Question My desktop computer just shows a black screen ?

I've been using my desktop [computer] for about 9 months now and I recently cleaned my GPU. When I plugged in the hdmi, it just showed a black screen and with a resoultion of 640x480. I checked if my RAM and GPU were seated properly and they were, I tried CMOS resetting by unpluging the battery for 30 secs and putting it back and it didn't work. My PC now takes longer to boot and my peripherals take like 2 minutes to register and it restarts them like 3 times before they fully work. I think it's the Motherboard but It could be the GPU. The fans start and all the lights turn on so I just don't know. I have:

Ryzen 2600 six-core processor
Asrock b450m pro4 motherboard
Geforce GTX 1060 3GB
2 x T-Force 8GB RAM

how exactly did you clean the gpu?

brand and model of the psu?

check the cpu temp in bios?

I just unplugged the pcb and unlatched from the motherboard and used some compressed air to clean some dust and I just put it back. i didnt take it apart since i dont have the right tools and i'm new to computers

I just unlatched it from the mother board and cleaned it with some compressed air since i dont have the right tools tools and i'm new to computers and my computer doesnt even boot up bios since it's just a black screen but it used to hi)t 165F and such but it ran games normally. My brand is a ThermalTake Smart 600w

yeah, and I cleaned it after and put it back
