So my laptop just came back from the shop and I was trying to move the desktop file into my harddrive so i wasn’t wasting the space on ssd. When doing this, I think I did something wrong and now, my harddrive and desktop have the same source. Whenever I trying opening the desktop in the File Explorer, they are the same thing. The name for my Desktop is now D:/, which is the same has my Harddrive. I really need help.

Solution
Nope, it once again says there is already a desktop folder there.
What exactly are you doing?

Press <Restore Default>, then
press <Apply>, then
press <Ok>.
That's it.

If you're asked to Move files, then respond <No>.

Do not press <Move>.

I was trying this on and for some reason it wasn't working, saying that some file wasn't allowed to go into the new desktop file I had. I looked it up and I used Registry Editor to move it to the correct harddrive. I think I managed to fix it. I'm sorry for wasting both of your's time.
