Since a month ago, my desktop has been making the beeping sound.
It is not constant noise, but it happens quite randomly.
My pc setup is

Ryzen 5600x
Asus prime x570 pro
NZXT x240 AIO cpu cooler
Gskill 8g ram x 4
seasonic 700w power
evga 2080 super

I've checked fans by stopping it, but the sound wasn't from fans.
would it be the aio cooler ? or ram ?

below I attached video that I recorded
help me and save me from this noise attack

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Take off all side panels to your case, then you should be able to get better access to the source of the sound. I would get a hold of an A4 sheet of paper and then roll it into a cylinder, hold one end ot your ear while you use the other end to probe for the source of the sound.

From your video, it looked like the rear of the case around where you're case vents are and could be around the motherboard.

seasonic 700w power
Seasonic is the brand of the PSU while 700W is the advertised wattage of the unit. Please mention the model of the unit. How old is the unit?

You might want to follow through the sequencing of the beep codes. How many are long and how many are short beeps.

I can't figure out the model name, but I bought it 3 years ago as brand new ( i remember it had "dagger" in it)

For the sequence of the beep sound, there is no particular sequence of the beep sound. It is purely random. Sometimes, the beeping sound only ends up like beep beep b... e...

Do you have a little speaker plugged into the bottom right of the motherboard? It is a 4 pin connector with a short (2-4 inch) cable with a cylindrical black end. Does it sound like coil whine? Google coil whine for examples.
