[SOLVED] My desktop PC seems capped at 160 mbit/s after tests, updates and troubleshooting

My PC can not exceed 160 mbit/s (usually around 100 mbit/s) on a 1000 mbit/s connection. I have tested on different devices with the same cable and gotten 850 mbit/s.

The troubleshooting i have done so far is:
Updated BIOS driver
Updated NIC driver
Disabled IPv6
Ipconfig refresh + renew

I have no idea what to do next.

Or if Manual - try Auto negotiate.

Double check the adapter's configuration settings. Be sure that they match the router. If manually set, try auto. If auto, try manual.

Make and model router?

Are you able to run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" via the command prompt?

Who has admin rights to the router? You may need assistance from that person as well.

My router is the Sagem Fast 3890V3. I have confirmed with my ISP that it is 1gb compatible and as mentioned, tested on my Thinkpad E570.
Can you be specify what you mean with adapter configuration settings and how i match these with my router?

I have admin rights to the router and the necesarry logins.
Here is my ipconfig /all:
