[SOLVED] My desktop PC will not turn on at all

AMD FX-6300
CoolerMaster hyper 212 evo
GTX-950
ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0
EVGA 430 W1, 80+ WHITE 430W

Hi everyone,
As the title suggests my PC fails to turn on. I've tried plugging the PC into an outlet instead of the surge protector, and it still does not respond.

There is no activity within the PC at all. No fans spin after touching the power-on switch, nor does the mobo LED turn on.

I built my PC almost 4 years ago so she's been around for some time. My guess is the PSU, so I'm looking at videos to try testing it. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I agree on the PSU.
just to be sure try manually turning on the system on the motherboard. short the power pins.
I have had what I thought was a bad PSU turned out to be a bad power switch.
a new PSU is the real test.
