My desktop screen’s color is messed up

I got a message from windows that have an update, so i update it and usually appear the update loading screen from 0%. After update completely, the screen color become messed up, i dont know what to call this problem. I unlock my computer n go to desktop, the screen color is still suck.

I would suggest you boot in to safe mode. Uninstall the video drivers. go to AMD or Nvidia and download the current WHQL drivers and install only the driver portion.

If that doesn't help, try using SFC and DISM to fix your system files.
