Every time I click on something, or click on something, or sometimes even move the mouse my display shuts off and then tries to come back on. I know it’s not my monitor shutting off. PLEASE HELP

If your components are currently overclocked, that may be the cause of it. Unstable overclocks cause your PC to freeze and your monitor to flash on and off at times. If that's the case, reset the overclock settings to stock. It could also be a faulty display cable (depending on what you use), so try using a different cable if you can and see if that solves the problem. The final problem may actually be your monitor but look into the previous possibilities mentioned above however, it is probable that your monitor is broken also.

So I can only give 3 suggestions as for now:
  • Reset your overclock settings to stock
  • Use a different display cable
  • Get a new monitor or even try changing resolution and refresh rate
I can safely say your mouse isn't causing your display to flash, it's just a coincidence that your monitor flashes when you click it or move it.
