You tried different monitors, cables and GPU in your PCIe slot. It's the slot. Why do you think it's the displayport if you tried another GPU?

I don’t think it is it’s just that my hdmi works and my DisplayPort doesn’t

If you tried a different graphic card why do you say it's the display port? Are all display port broken on all the GPU's you tried?

No, the second gpu is a brand new 3070 with 3 different DisplayPort outputs. And as I said in my other response, my hdmi works on both cards.
