Question My download speed in Google drive has decreased ?

My download speed in Google drive has decreased from 10 Mbps to 600 kbps although my internet speed in other websites like YouTube is still 10 mbps

My internet download speed is 20 Mbps and I used to get anywhere from 10 to 15 Mbps when I downloaded any files from Google drive but now for about 2 weeks I am getting anywhere from 500 to 600 kbps download speed on Google drive although I do get my full download speed from YouTube. I have tried resetting my pc, using a different account, clearing cache from Google Chrome but none of these seem to solve the problem. I am not sure what the problem is. Please help.

I have tried that before but it doesn't work. The speed is the same .
