A lot of things. Mostly High End Gaming and Streaming , plus will also do a lot of video editing, and I also intend to get into Graphic Designing related stuff as well.

A very high end build.
Some thoughts:

Why two SSD devices?
Use a 2tb pcie device for main storage.

Instead of the HDD, use a 2.5" ssd for bulk storage.

LG CX Oled 48" is a great monitor/TV.
I use one.
The refresh rate will not get to 120hz unless you buy a top end ULTRA HDMI cable.

Lastly, by the time you buy and build, you may well have buyer's remorse.

It is great to dream, gives us something to strive for. That said, if your dream will become reality in two years, that build will be mostly irrelevant as new products and technology come into play.
