I'm building my very own desk pc and here are the specs, I was originally go with more of a budget build... but here we are.

Cpu made for overclocking on a motherboard that doesn't allow overclocking...
A cooler known for leaking...
No SSD...
No case...

If you're looking for a high capacity hard drive for games, at least go with a hybrid SSHD:

A regular hard disk drive will not be fast enough to keep up with a system like that if the OS/games are installed on it. I know because i'm going through it right now. Not with an 8th gen build, but a 4th gen.

Like I said man, no case cuz the desk is the case.. I've only ever hear good review about my aio, could you show me the ones where it's leaking??? That's the last thing I want. Thank you awesome thank you for the SSHD , I'll be using that!

Just to link few.
I didn't realize you were going to use the desk as the case, however there are still several bad part choices in the original build you linked.
